Clean and well maintained facilities. A nice climate controlled unit. A little pricey, but worth it. Never had any issues with critters in my items stored (and that’s saying something because it is in the country). The staff was always available via phone or text and were wonderful. Will use again next time I need storage.“

10-30-2020- I used two storage units at Isle Stor- it for over a year. They truly are the BEST storage place. The staff always took care of my needs, so friendly and personable. Very proffessional. The units are climate controlled. Never had any critters in there. Very clean. I will always use them. They are my go to storage place!

I would absolutely recommend the facility and Jay. He was always helpful and attentive but never intrusive. The location is ideal, there’s plenty of parking and room to maneuver. Lighting and security was great. The handcarts were very handy. The area is clean and secure; the climate control was spot on as I was storing my mother’s artwork. Storage can be expensive so you really want to feel like you’re spending your money wisely. I would not hesitate to use this company again. “

We are a property management company and needed a unit very quickly to store items a tenant had abandoned in a property. Jay was able to help us right away, we rented the unit quickly, and only needed it for on month. We vacated the unit past Wed. Sept. 2 and Jay was quick to help me close out the account quickly. Our office is open by appointment only. For quicker assistance please call us at (757) 239-2929
When can I access my storage unit?
All of our renters have access to their storage unit 7 days a week from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Do I need a climate controlled unit?
If you’re storing electronics, household appliances, wine or other environmentally sensitive items, you may need a temperature controlled unit. These are especially essential if you intend on storing over a long period of time.
How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your storage bill online or visit the facility during office hours.
What items do I need to rent a unit?
All you need is a government issued ID such as a driver’s license or a passport.
